The hotel's rooms were ideal for our city break, but the small bathroom and narrow corridor were slight inconveniences. The service from the staff was absolutely amazing, making our stay special. The location was excellent, close to tube stations and well-known attractions. The dining experience was exceptional, with friendly staff and delicious options available.
The hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood, close to three underground stations and opposite Kensington Park. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary facilities, although there was a slight odor initially but was promptly addressed by the friendly staff. The dining experience, while good and well-presented, could use more variety. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with great value for money.
The hotel offers very spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with thoughtful amenities like a complimentary bottle of wine. The location is excellent, right next to Hyde Park and easily accessible by public transport. The staff is attentive and accommodating. However, some rooms may face less desirable views onto a cement area with boilers and piping.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconveniences. The room was cozy but not ideal for two people, and the noise from the nearby restaurant started early in the morning. The service was exceptional, with polite and efficient staff, especially Nialla in the Breakfast room. The location was safe and convenient, close to Paddington Station and other attractions, though the street lights were not sufficient. The dining experience was good, but the constant questioning about the breakfast buffet was off-putting. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.

The location was close to 3 tube stations yet quiet, and the surroundings were beautiful with a small park nearby. The hotel's rooms were lovely, but my single room was not good. It had a bad smell, a non-working TV, and a lot of noise coming from the adjacent rooms, especially through the door. Additionally, there was not enough space in the room, and the shower was very, very small. The location, however, was lovely, in a quiet neighborhood close to bus stops and underground stations.
The hotel is wonderfully convenient for wheelchair accessibility without any discomfort, although the rooms are smaller than they appear in pictures. Inside my room, I found them extra small, with a funny smell in some, which is very disappointing for a supposed 4-star hotel. I wouldn't pay that much for this quality.
The hotel is in a great location, close to tube stations and Hyde Park. The rooms are comfortable with a fantastic breakfast experience. However, the dining can be expensive for some options. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.
I booked a standard room at this hotel, and overall my stay was superb. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, always checking in to make sure everything was okay, which was particularly reassuring as I was visiting with my mother for the Chelsea Flower Show. The location was just perfect for the festival in Hyde Park, although a bit far from the stations with children and luggage. The dining experience was outstanding with a great selection, and the facilities were amazing.
